Do I need to put down a deposit?
50$ deposit is not mandatory. Full payment is due the day of the event. You may pay earlier if you wish or opt to pay the day of the event.
What payments are accepted?
We accept an array of payment methods: Cash, online credit/ debit card payments, Venmo, Paypal, CashApp, Zelle, check, Applepay etc.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand unpredictable things happen, please let us know as early as you can if you would like to cancel your booking. We would refund you the full amount. Please let us know at least 4 hours before the party start time.
What if it rains?
We would come rain or shine unless it's unsafe to do so. We always bring a few canopies with us in case of light rain and for shade.
How do i book?
You can send us an inquiry through text or email. Once you have confirmed the date, time and address of the party with us, we'll send you a confirmation text or email to secure your booking. ( Please check to make sure you received the Confirmation)
We'll call you 2 days before the party to further confirm. Feel free to check in with us anytime.

At Homestead Mobile Petting Zoo & Party Rental, we belive in trust in people. Our prices are transparent, no hidden fees. Travel fee is waived within 20 miles radius from our homestead in Georgetown TX, anywhere further would incur 1.50$ per mile in travel fee.
